Thirteen informational signs,

created by Enviro-Signs of Canton, Ohio, were

placed in the pavilion and along the trails

of the Cypress Preserve to depict the

wildlife and other natural resources of the

urban forest.  Signs were designed by a

Cypress Preserve Trust Committee  and funded

by grants from Monsanto, Entergy and the

Mississippi Forestry Commission.  A special

dedication of these signs in 2007 honored

    Four more signs were added in 2010 and some were moved to appropriate spots along the trails.  A total of l7 numbered signs, with a Trail Guide to provide additional information, can be enjoyed by all visiting the Preserve.
